美國查普曼大學Singh教授來我所訪問交流

摘要：2015年10月22日，美國查普曼大學（Chapman University）地球科學系 Ramesh P．Singh 終身教授應邀來我所訪問交流。Singh教授做了題為“Groundwater Fluctuations，Gas Emissions and Land Surface Temperature： A Possible Link to Atmospheric Anomalies Associated with Earthquakes＂的學術報告。
