摘要：農民合作社在我國農業資本深化背景下遇到了私營資本聚焦零售環節與政府扶持資金效率低下這兩大挑戰,陷入價格壟斷與產能過剩的雙重困境。由此,生產合作型、資本收益型合作社以及區域融合型合作組織可能成為合作社發展的三種模式路徑。
