Research on Evaluation of China s Marine Talent Ecosystem

摘要：Based on the research on talent ecosystem,China s marine talent ecosystem was evaluated and analyzed from the aspects of its constituent elements,characteristics,operation mechanism,and evolution mechanism,and an evaluation index system of China s marine talent ecosystem was constructed.Finally,relevant suggestions on the optimization and perfection of China s marine talent ecosystem were put forward.The research has guiding significance for the in-depth analysis of China s marine talent ecosystem.
